With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in communications, management and team collaboration, Tiara has established herself as a versatile professional adept in various facets of creative industries, including media, film, public relations and higher education. 

Over the years, she has evolved in her career, transitioning into roles encompassing Management, Operations, Corporate Internal and External Communications, Public Relations Strategy and Execution, Content Creation, Branding, and Operations. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Tiara has successfully spearheaded initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive organizational success.

Currently, Tiara works in higher education for one of the nation's most prestigious art and design universities. She researches, manages, and executes all institutional recognition projects and processes, including awards for the President and Founder.
